Night Vision Potion: Grants the drinker night vision (same effect as vanilla Night Vision potion).

Other New Items
Chests: Opening them yields various items.
The chests added in “Realm of Apocalypse” are divided into block-type and item-type. Each type comes in Copper, Silver, and Gold variants. Opening them yields various items, with higher quality chests having a greater chance of containing rare items. Block-type chests can be found in various structures and ruins, and items are obtained by directly breaking them.
Item-type chests can be obtained by completing achievements, defeating powerful enemies, etc. Using them in hand yields various items. Similarly, higher quality chests have a greater chance of containing rare items.
Ore God Statue: After being placed on the ground, it randomly generates some ores around it every few seconds.
Can be dismantled without using any tools. Obtained with a certain probability by opening chests or solving megalith puzzles.
Death Tombstone: Spawns at the adventurer’s death location, preserving all of the adventurer’s “belongings.” After respawning, the adventurer receives a piece of paper recording the death coordinates.
